Lesson Cancellations

*All lessons must be canceled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in the full lesson fee being charged.

Road Safety

*The instructor reserves the right to withdraw the training vehicle from a driving test if the pupil is not deemed to be at the required test standard.This decision ensures safety for all road users.

Responsibility

  • * Learn Driving School cannot be held liable for:
  • * Lesson postponements due to illness,

  • * Cancellations or delays of driving tests by the DVSA.

Prices

* All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Pupils are advised to confirm the latest rates before booking.

Lesson Duration

* Lessons are booked for a minimum duration of 2 hours to provide a thorough and effective learning experience.

General Conduct

  • * Pupils are expected to follow the instructor's guidance and behave respectfully during lessons
  • * Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may resuit in lesson termination without a refund.

Driving Test Terms

  • * Use of the school's vehicle for the driving test is subject to the instructor's approval.
  • * Vehicle hire for test day may incur an additional charge.
